What happens during the intake process?
We capture your goals, schedule constraints, and experience level. Based on this, we place you (or your child) into the right curriculum level and track — beginner, returning, or exam-focused — and match you with a vetted teacher.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your curriculum progress and practice history carry over.
How are teachers vetted?
Every instructor teaches from a shared rubric and lesson plan framework. We review credentials, conduct teaching audits, and require ongoing alignment with our curriculum standards.
What if I need to reschedule a lesson?
You can reschedule through the portal with constraint-based options — pick a new time after 5pm, on weekends, or any open slot. We ask for at least 12 hours notice to avoid the late cancellation fee.
Is there a commitment or contract?
No long-term contracts. Plans are month-to-month. Schools & Enrichment plans operate on a per-term basis with a 40-student minimum.
Do you offer online and in-person lessons?
Lessons are available online and in-person depending on teacher availability in your area. The portal and curriculum work the same way regardless of lesson format.
